PSA: SMW3 Repair Work Completed

Greetings MechWarriors,

Great news!
The SMW3 repair work has been completed. The link has now been restored and is back in production.
All Ethernet and transit traffic, in and out of Singapore, has now been restored on to the direct path.

Oceanic players network traffic should be returned to normal performance.
