Q: How do I change my password?
You can initiate a password change from the login page by entering your e-mail into the associated field and clicking the 'Forgot Password?' link.
You will then receive an e-mail covering the necessary steps to complete the process. In rare cases the e-mail can take upwards of 10 minutes to arrive.You can also check the Spam or Junk filter of your e-mail service to ensure the e-mail wasn't caught in the filter accidentally.
